CMST Tuning ใช้แผ่นคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์เกรด A แบบชิ้นเดียว (one-piece) เสริมโครงสร้างด้วย Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) เพื่อความแข็งแรงและทนทาน (ยกเว้นสินค้า Dry Carbon ที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ FRP) เนื่องจากใช้แผ่นคาร์บอนชิ้นเดียว จึงไม่มีรอยต่อหรือลายที่ขาดตอนให้เห็น มีเพียงลายสานที่ต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอทั่วทั้งชิ้นงาน นอกจากนี้สินค้าทุกชิ้นยังเคลือบผิวด้วยน้ำยาเคลือบเงา (Clear Coat) คุณภาพสูง ให้ผิวมันวับและทนทาน ดูเหมือนเปียกน้ำ (Wet Look) ซึ่งดูดีกว่าผิวเคลือบเจล (Gel Coat) ที่ดูหมองกว่า และแผ่นคาร์บอนทุกชิ้นถูกขึ้นรูปไปพร้อมกับโมลด์ตั้งแต่แรก จึงไม่แตกหรือล่อนเหมือนชิ้นงานที่ใช้วิธีหุ้มคาร์บอนรอบโครงสร้างเพียงอย่างเดียว
